Material pricing includes: all blueprint to build your deck, labor prices includes all labor to build your deck and obtain permits. (Permit cost is added to final invoice)

Our pricing for labor will include blueprints for permits from your design or choose from designs from decks we have already built, all concrete footings poured into tubes, (support post anchors on TOP of footings) Deck framing any shape, size, levels, all decking secured with Teflon and ceramic coated screws to eliminate rusting. (Stainless screws used when necessary) One set of closed riser stairs, our custom mortise and tenon rail system. ( 2x4 support rails mortised into 4x4 posts.All decking is installed with a "picture framed" look. Precisely fitted lattice all sanding and routing, remove siding and double flash ledger board, and cleaning of all debris. Just Decks can also provide: Attractive diagonal decking Wrap around stairs Solid skirting Custom deck lights recessed into 4x4 posts Post cap lights We use a mortise and tenon rail system on all wood decks, custom cut at our facility, to make them not only easy to install, but sturdy enough to last a lifetime. .
